Project Overview

At Onebeat, a leader in Retail Tech providing AI solutions for optimal store inventory management, I played a pivotal role in the design and product management team. My primary responsibility was the characterization and design of the interface tailored for supply chain management personnel. As the second designer at the company, I continued and enhanced the existing design work, developed the design language, and both improved and innovated features.

Creating Seamless UX
in Complex Environments

Designing the UX for Onebeat’s complex system involved creating intuitive user flows to streamline navigation and enhance efficiency. I conducted extensive user research using IDEO methods to understand user needs and pain points, ensuring the design addressed real-world challenges. The insights gathered from user interviews and data analysis informed the creation of a seamless interface that simplifies complex supply chain processes. By focusing on user adoption and engagement, I developed a user-centric design that not only optimizes functionality but also enhances the overall user experience.
